Refund policy

Please check the condition of the product as soon as possible after arrival.

If there is a defective or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us by the contact form.

We will only accept returns if you contact us within 2 days of receiving the product and return it to us.

Please do not remove the PETIT tag that attached with the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if the tags have been removed.

We will bear the shipping and handling fee for returns due to our incompetence.

Return of products for customer's own reason

To ensure that customers can shop without worries,
we accept returns for reasons such as a different image from what customer expected,
or a size that does not fit.

If you wish to return an item for your own reason, please contact us using the contact form within 2 days from the date of arrival.

After contacting us, please send the product back to us within 2 days of the date of arrival, with the shipping cost prepaid.

As soon as the above requirements have been met and we have confirmed the arrival of the product, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee (the fee cost when the product was sent to the customer)and the credit card or PayPal handling fee.

Please note that if the condition of the returned product is different from the one when we sending to the customer, we will not accept the return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases

・The customer did not contact us within 2 days of the products arrived and products have been arrived more than 2 days.

・Products that are returned to us without contacting us.

・The PETIT tag attached with the product has been removed.

・Products and accessories that are in a significantly different condition when they are returned than when they were delivered to the customers.

・Products that have been used

・Products that have been cleaned or repaired
